CLIENT BRIEF
Toast was appointed to lead the brand repositioning of ETM Collection, with a focus on transforming public perception of its key London venues. The brief was to support a strategic relaunch through a 360° marketing, PR, and content plan, solidifying its reputation for premium dining, elevated experiences, and destination-led hospitality.
RESULTS
In the first 3 months since working with ETM Collection, overall revenues have grown by 35% in comparison to previous years.
Established a dynamic, visually-led content strategy across priority social media channels.
Delivered targeted press outreach with key editorial coverage in top-tier titles including Vogue (2.6M), Condé Nast Traveler (1.37M) and Luxury London (743K).
Organised a partnership with global music publication MixMag and created two sold out events with the likes of SG Lewis and Patrick Topping - with one event selling out in less than 30 seconds.
Secured almost £300k investment within 10 months of working together in brand partnership deals.
Secured two awards for Jugged Hare - putting it back on the map as a leading London game restaurant, as well as an award for Wagtail as The Best Rooftop in London.
