Pahli Hill, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant in Fitzrovia, and its subterranean cocktail bar, Bandra Bhai, sought to invigorate their lunch service and elevate their profile within London’s competitive Indian dining scene. The objective was to highlight Chef Avinash Shashidhara’s innovative, seasonal Indian cuisine and position Bandra Bhai as a premier late-night destination. Toast launched a comprehensive 360° campaign encompassing marketing, content creation, digital strategy, and PR was commissioned to these goals.
RESULTS
Lunch bookings increased by 44% within the first three months of the campaign.
Dinner covers saw a 62% uplift in the same period.
The Chef’s Counter and collaborative events consistently performed well, reinforcing
Pahli Hill’s status as a destination for innovative Indian cuisine.
